I am not one to go on social media and make comments.. I have to make sure that I let everyone know about Harlan Service Center, 650 Main Street in Canfield… I went there for an oil change, and had another issue with my car they worked very hard to try and fix, but, we’re unable to.. because I had to wait so long they complimented me the oil change. My Experiences at Harlan continue to be 5 star. Oil change,front brakes and low beam headlight needed replaced. Christine noticed how yellow and scratched my headlight covers looked and recommended a buffer kit WOW. Wish I had a before photo but check out the after. These 14 yr old covers looked almost new. Thank you Harlan.
Great experience! Had to have my radiator replaced. Harlan Auto offered a little lower price than the dealership with a much better warranty. Dealership was giving a 2 year warranty but Harlan offered a forever warranty. The fact that they offered a courtesy vehicle for me to take to work the next morning while they replaced the radiator was EVERYTHING. Dealership wouldn’t give a loaner vehicle. Vehicles will fail - it is a matter of time. Harlan Auto has worked through a problem that we were experiencing on our son’s car. Being an older car, fixes can be challenging. We only needed a safe car through his college days for 2 years. Harlan worked WITH us and we were able to come up with a good and safe solution. These guys are the best of the best. Very friendly and very great explaining what needs done., including the price it's going to be . They have courtesy pick up and drop off and the drivers treat you like they know you. They do there repairs on a very reasonable time. I would recommend Harlan for repairs for anybody. Harlan's Auto has always treated me fairly every time I need something done to one of my vehicles. I really appreciated the fact that I could take my car the same day I was concerned about a major problem. The people there are awesome as well.

I had a multitude of things needed to be fixed on my Subaru, they did a full examination of the vehicle and emailed me the diagnosis of everything so I could review it all and make my decisions of what I wanted to have them work on. We went over everything together pretty in depth, communication was great throughout, and they even gave me a loaner vehicle while they did all the work.
