Great experience! Had to have my radiator replaced. Harlan Auto offered a little lower price than the dealership with a much better warranty. Dealership was giving a 2 year warranty but Harlan offered a forever warranty. Vehicles will fail - it is a matter of time. Harlan Auto has worked through a problem that we were experiencing on our son’s car. Being an older car, fixes can be challenging. These guys are the best of the best. Very friendly and very great explaining what needs done., including the price it's going to be . They have courtesy pick up and drop off and the drivers treat you like they know you. They do there repairs on a very reasonable time. I would recommend Harlan for repairs for anybody. I had a multitude of things needed to be fixed on my Subaru, they did a full examination of the vehicle and emailed me the diagnosis of everything so I could review it all and make my decisions of what I wanted to have them work on. We went over everything together pretty in depth, communication was great throughout, and they even gave me a loaner vehicle while they did all the work. I took my Toyota sequoia to Preston Toyota in Boardman for a slow leak rear tire. $290 later they replaced 2 of the sensors out of the 5 that are on that car. They were only 3 years old. The original ones lasted 16 years. Who am I to argue. All I wanted was the tire fixed and the flat tire light to go out. Yes, I had a great experience considering we're talking about car repair. Cringe! I called and they were able to squeeze my car in for a diagnostic workout. The check engine light was on and I had to be in Akron next day! They checked it out and promptly called letting me know the results! It was the thermostat!
