Harlan's Auto has always treated me fairly every time I need something done to one of my vehicles. I really appreciated the fact that I could take my car the same day I was concerned about a major problem. The people there are awesome as well.

I had a multitude of things needed to be fixed on my Subaru, they did a full examination of the vehicle and emailed me the diagnosis of everything so I could review it all and make my decisions of what I wanted to have them work on. We went over everything together pretty in depth, communication was great throughout, and they even gave me a loaner vehicle while they did all the work. I could not recommend an auto repair place more than Harlan’s. Thank you.

I took my Toyota sequoia to Preston Toyota in Boardman for a slow leak rear tire. $290 later they replaced 2 of the sensors out of the 5 that are on that car. They were only 3 years old. The original ones lasted 16 years. Who am I to argue. All I wanted was the tire fixed and the flat tire light to go out. Very prompt, an got the car in, fix out in a timely manner. Provided a loaner car while mine was getting fixed, so I was not having to rearrange appointments. Price was more than expected but that's inflation to blame. Just glad it was quick turn around. Will recommend services to others.

Yes, I had a great experience considering we're talking about car repair. Cringe! I called and they were able to squeeze my car in for a diagnostic workout. The check engine light was on and I had to be in Akron next day! They checked it out and promptly called letting me know the results! It was the thermostat! New to the area but neighbor recommended Harlan’s. I had to get my front brakes done. Called on Friday and got in on Monday. They took time to show me what they found once they took the wheels off. I agreed on some of their recommendations but not on all of them but they were fine with that. They did what I agreed to and the price was honest and competitive. No price gouging here! Plus they were very friendly and had a nice waiting area. I definitely recommend!!

Fast , efficient and fair priced. Everyone at Harlan Auto has customer service first and foremost. I love Russ and his associate at the desk. She works with beagle rescues and is great to chat with.
