I took my Toyota sequoia to Preston Toyota in Boardman for a slow leak rear tire. $290 later they replaced 2 of the sensors out of the 5 that are on that car. They were only 3 years old. Yes, I had a great experience considering we're talking about car repair. Cringe! I called and they were able to squeeze my car in for a diagnostic workout. The check engine light was on and I had to be in Akron next day! They checked it out and promptly called letting me know the results! It was the thermostat! New to the area but neighbor recommended Harlan’s. I had to get my front brakes done. Called on Friday and got in on Monday. They took time to show me what they found once they took the wheels off. I agreed on some of their recommendations but not on all of them but they were fine with that. They did what I agreed to and the price was honest and competitive. No price gouging here! Plus they were very friendly and had a nice waiting area. I definitely recommend!!

Russ fully explained what was recommended for the oil change on my vehicle and I didn't feel pressured to add on other services like the big name auto dealerships try to do. The technician changed the oil and checked everything out and I was done and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time.
